The lengths of the strands are either routed and optimized by the machine’s software or produced according to the customer's specifications. The strands are then ready for installation and can be clearly identified.
Fully Automated Single-Conductor Termination
This process ensures consistently high quality when processing single conductors with a cross-sectional area ranging from 0.5 to 6 mm².
The process includes cutting to length, stripping, printing, and applying wire end ferrules.
Bundling: Sorted Round and Sequential Bundles
Through sorted or sequential bundling, specific wire bundles can be assigned to individual devices or functional groups.
