esmatic’s one-stop service includes consulting, planning, mechanical manufacturing(Link), assembly, testing, and, upon request, on-site installation, parameterization, and commissioning of the control cabinets. For this final step, we provide an experienced team of technicians who are familiar with local conditions and acceptance procedures in the respective countries.
If you have the resources and expertise to commission the control cabinets yourself, we can limit our involvement to an IO check. This is especially true when the automation software was not developed by us and is installed by the client.

If the client does not pick up the control cabinets, esmatic handles shipping and customs clearance for all destinations worldwide, including all special requirements, such as:
- Sea-worthy packaging
- Air-freight-ready packaging
- Advance customs clearance at our facility
We also act as a bonded warehouse for some of our customers.

Our experts travel worldwide and have assembled and successfully commissioned control cabinets as part of automation projects in the U.S., the Asia-Pacific region, and many EU countries, among others. We handle all associated logistical and administrative processes and hold a range of certifications and qualifications. These include:
- NFPA certification for working on live electrical systems in the U.S.
- Work in accordance with the Radiation Protection Ordinance (e.g., for work in power plants)
- Carnet ATA customs procedure for the temporary importation of goods (e.g., specialized tools)
- Certification for work on systems subject to the Water Resources Act (e.g., overflow basins and transfer stations)
